Hari Kondabolu gives his all-American views on British food, Jigsaw's Nat and Dan try to fulfil a dying man's wish and Joe Wilkinson finds himself in an awkward situation at the hospital. There are also live performances from Two Episodes of Mash and Nick Helm, sketches from WitTank and the usual backstage action from Totally Tom.
