Colin Murray introduces highlights of both Group C matches as the Republic of Ireland face Croatia in their first major tournament for a decade since the 2002 World Cup finals. All Irish eyes are on the Polish city of Poznan as Giovanni Trapattoni's Republic of Ireland looked to make a dream start to Euro 2012 after qualifying via a play-off against Estonia. In the group's other match world and defending European champions Spain begin their quest to win a third straight major honour by taking on Italy in Gdansk - a meeting of the last two World Cup winners. The two countries met in the quarter-finals of Euro 2008 with Spain prevailing on penalties.
