The Education Secretary wants to scrap GCSEs in England, and bring in tougher exams. Lord Baker, who introduced GCSEs in the 1980s, gives his reaction. The comedian, Jimmy Carr, apologises for using a scheme which allowed him to pay less tax. And the Shadow Treasury Minister calls for Take That star Gary Barlow to return his OBE, after questions over his tax affairs.
