Duration: 2 hours

Lee McKenzie presents highlights of the Canadian Grand Prix from the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Montreal, the seventh race of the 2012 Formula One season.

Last year's race was one of the most dramatic in the sport's recent history as torrential rain caused five safety cars to be called out in a race lasting almost four hours. It was Jenson Button who kept a clear head to negotiate the track, and the conditions, to claim victory on the final lap - despite being forces to pit six times during the race. Sebastian Vettel claimed second, with his Red Bull team-mate Mark Webber completing the podium.

The race was started behind a safety car, which exited the circuited after four laps. Lewis Hamilton was at the centre of the early action, a tangle with Mark Webber saw the Australian's car spin while Hamilton forced to retire just eight laps into the race following a collision with McLaren team-mate Button that left his rear left tyre hanging off.
