Richard James makes a welcome return to the studio this wonderful May evening. If you don't know who Richard is then prepare to be impressed.

He co-founded Gorky Zygotic Mynci in 1991, a Welsh alternative rock band that split up in May 2006. Formed in Camarthen, they sang songs in both Welsh and English and included Riley favourite Euros Childs.

Richard's first solo album, The Seven Sleepers Den, was released in 2006. His second album, We Went Riding, was released in 2010.

He released his third album, Pictures in the Morning, on the Gwymon label in April and Riley's been playing a new tune of his, Baby Blue.
