Gilles Peterson embarks on another Saturday afternoon musical journey, weaving jazz and soul with hip hop, Latin sounds, future beats and much, much more.

On this week's show Gilles explores the Cherry family tree in Like Father Like Son, playing tunes by Neneh Cherry and her father, Don. There are selections from three of Gilles' current favourite albums by Willis Earl Beal, Gal Gosta and Addison Groove; a Version Excursion on Henry Mancini's Butterfly; and new music from Jay Electronica, Seun Kuti and Hollie Cook.

In the final half hour Gilles notches it up a gear with his Backroom Babylon mix, with music from Moodymann, Sandy Rivera and Romanthony.
