The Alternative Dance Experience & Groove Armada

Duration:
3 hours
First broadcast:
Saturday 07 April 2012

As BBC Radio 6 Music Celebrates: Dance Culture this April, Nemone focuses on the Alternative Dance Experience, championing the dance acts and bands that have been key to the scene.

These include artists like Massive Attack, Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Faithless, Prodigy, Leftfield, Orbital - who can command a stage, as well as be played by the DJs.

Dance champions Groove Armada bring you their Most Played tracks - those that they love and have inspired them over the years. And Nemone shares your experiences of seeing those acts live and the stories of what they were like throughout the weekend.
