With Seth Lakeman

Mike Harding presents an hour of the very best in folk, roots and acoustic music. On this week's programme, you can hear highlights from Seth Lakeman's recent live collaboration with the BBC Concert Orchestra.

The Devon singer teamed up with Oscar-winning composer Anne Dudley to create orchestral arrangements of his powerful modern folk songs.

The performance took place on Saturday 3 March, and was recorded in front of a sell-out crowd at Plymouth Pavilions. It was part of Music Nation, a weekend of live music devised and led by the BBC, and the first nationwide countdown event for the London 2012 Festival.
