To mark BBC 6 Music's 10th Birthday Lauren takes the show to Maida Vale studios and is joined by De La Soul's Plug One & Plug Two Presents: First Serve.

Plug 1 & Plug 2 will be performing old and new tracks in the historic BBC studios in front of a live studio audience and chatting with Lauren. The pair from the famous trio have embarked on a concept album which charts the plight of a pair of budding young rappers.

Plus, Lauren will have a week of special features to mark 10 years on air.
