In this cliffhanger episode, Rescue 169 from RAF Chivenor tries to save a man stranded by the incoming tide at Southerdown cliffs. RAF Valley crew and their families prepare to join Prince William in the Falklands. And a 16-year-old girl needs urgent medical attention after a car accident in mid-Wales.
