Synopsis

X-Ray's back, with brand new investigations and all the stories that matter to consumers. When a caravan company run by Welsh businessman John Gould went under, customers were left without their vehicles or their money. Rachel Treadaway-Williams investigates the case of the disappearing caravans.

Sally Pritchard thought that Tesco Finest Insurance would be the best. But the company hasn't lived up to her hopes of a top class service. A burst pipe flooded her kitchen back in May. But Tesco still hasn't sorted out her insurance claim, and Sally and her son have been without a kitchen for months.
Every mum wants to buy the best for her children. And Colette Chilcott's no exception. Her son Chris is studying car design in Italy. Colette ordered a specialist computer for him nine months ago, but as Lucy discovers, it never arrived. Can she get Colette's money back?

And we're back on the trail of Excel Parking - the company whose draconian fines have upset dozens of people in Ebbw Vale. Despite promises that some parking notices would be cancelled, many who felt they were unfairly charged were left waiting for their refund, until X-Ray got involved again.

VANISHING VANS

Customers of a Welsh caravan sales agency are still hunting for their vehicles six months after the business failed. They'd asked Vale of Glamorgan Caravans to sell their vans - now they’re trying to get an explanation for what happened to them.
