Synopsis
Tanya Arnold presents a special programme looking at the Yorkshire athletes going for gold at London 2012. Tanya gains exclusive access to pentathlon star Jessica Ennis's training camp and also finds out how Tae Kwon Do champion Sarah Stevenson is coping with training in a year that she has lost both her parents. Tanya also tries to keep up with Alistair and Jonathan Brownlee in training as the Leeds brothers prepare to compete against each other in the triathlon.

Sheffield's Jessica Ennis has become the face of the London Olympics.
In 2009 she became the world's number one heptathlete with an apparently clear path to Olympic gold.
But all that changed last summer when she came second in the world championships.
It has meant a new challenge for her and coach Toni Minichiello.

Jessica Ennis embarks on Olympic training
Sheffield athlete Jessica Ennis has embarked on the most important months of her career as she prepares to go for gold at the London Olympics.
In 2009 she became Britain's first world champion in the heptathlon but was knocked back after coming second in the World Championships last summer.
It has meant a new challenge for Ennis and coach Tony Minichello as they embark on an intense training regime.
