Synopsis

This week's featured requests include Manfred Mann,The Temptations, The Four Tops, The Shadows, The Cats and Bob Dylan. The Cats came from Holland but had a succesful album in the UK in 1968 'Cats As Cats Can', but what was the single that came from it? Billy Fury features in a BBC session track recorded in 1966.

The programme includes the usual wide selection of hits, rarities and album tracks as well as the facts and figures. For instance who was the famous guitarist who joined Little Richard's touring band for a while? You can also find out who sang the female part on Pat Boone's hit Speedy Gonzales and there is a selection of three records featuring one of the Beatles - but which one?
