Britain's Empty Homes, Series 3 Episode 12 of 20

Duration: 30 minutes

Joe Crowley meets newlyweds Andrew and Catherine Ingram who have recently bought an early 1900s arts and crafts house in Bognor Regis, West Sussex.

The house had been empty for almost a year and had been left practically untouched. We introduce them to a couple who tackled a similar renovation of a dilapidated three bed house for some tips and advice.

Plus, how empty properties on a disused airbase in Oxfordshire are being transformed into modern spacious homes and we join one of the UK's Empty Property officers on his mission to rescue forgotten houses.
