Synopsis

As Professor Brian Cox and Dara O'Briain return to our screens for a second series of Stargazing Live, Clare and guests delve into our fascination with the night sky, which has provided inspiration to writers and artists, all around the world throughout the centuries.

Clare chats to internationally acclaimed artists Jane and Louise Wilson, about their new exhibition at Dundee Contemporary Arts - they talk about their visit to the still highly radioactive exclusion zone in Chernobyl, and their trip to Dubai where they filmed, Face Scripting - What Did the Building see?, about the 2010 killing of Hamas operative, Mahmoud Al-Mabhouh.

We hear from an artist, much inspired by the Occupy Movement, and BBC Newsnight's Economic Editor Paul Mason tells us: Why It's Kicking off Everywhere. It's not just just the Occupy Movement in British towns and cities, but protests and revolutions have swept the globe over the last couple of years. Paul explores the causes and consequences of this wave in his new book.

Why it's Kicking off Everywhere, by Paul Mason, is published by Verso.
