Undefeated champion of his secondary school’s talent show, Pete headed off to the University of Hull to study Theatre. There, he found his magic skills helped him to make friends and soon he was performing in pubs and clubs across the country.

In 2007, Pete won critical acclaim for his debut solo show, Hokum, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has since taken four more one-man sell-out shows to the festival, Flim-Flam, The Pete Firman Magic Show, Jokes & Tricks and most recently Jiggery Pokery in 2011. Also a published author, making regular TV appearances, Pete is the UK’s leading comedy magician.
Team Pete will consist of Boyzone star and Coronation Street actor, Keith Duffy, Great British Bake Off presenter, Mel Giedroyc, choreographer and presenter, Arlene Phillips, actor and presenter, Joe Swash, and EastEnders legend Adam Woodyatt.
