Synopsis
Chris Evans and Lousie Minchin present the stories that matter from across the country and are joined actors Martin Freeman and Ray Winstone.
Carrie Grant catches up with Neil Reid who won TV talent show Opportunity Knocks in 1971 when he was 12-years-old and other successful acts from the series are invited to perform live in studio.
