A lawyer who represents phone hacking victims tells the programme he plans to sue News International for damages, after it was revealed he and his family were secretly spied on. Mark Lewis, who represents the family of Milly Dowler, also told us he's seen documents which show that politicians including the Labour MP Tom Watson who's been a key critic of News International were also under surveillance.

And, speaking publicly for the first time, a woman who says she had an abortion after her employers effectively demoted her when she told them she was pregnant.
