David Cameron says he feels "no rancour and no bitterness" after the commons rebellion over Europe. The Prime Minister has repeated again that he's firmly committed to bringing back more powers from Brussels. Pressure will now grow as to exactly what powers he means - and when he intends to bring them back. Shelagh speaks to John Laughland who's the former director of the Euro-sceptic think tank, the European Foundation. And Simon Bulmer who's Professor of European Politics at the University of Sheffield. Plus Manchester City striker, Mario Balotelli, has become the face of a new fireworks safety campaign - just days after one was set off in his bathroom.
