Synopsis

This week, Two Episodes of Mash (a.k.a Diane Morgan and Joe Wilkinson) returns to the network with a brand new series full of silly, surreal humour which Diane & Joe describe as "low-key, mundane glamour". This four-part series also features David O'Doherty and BBC Radio 2 Presenter Ken Bruce.

Two Episodes of Mash was the stand out success of BBC Radio 2's 2010 Comedy Showcase; a series of pilots showcasing the best new comedic talent around. The series follows the same format as the pilot. Each show is a mix of silly sketches interspersed with Diane and Joe's side-splitting banter. In the series listeners will:

* Meet the human cannonball, who has been blasted to Ilford from Belgium by mistake. He asks "...who's going to sign my time sheet now?".
* Discover what happens when Rapunzel gets an intercom...
* Learn how Buzz Aldrin missed out on being the first man to walk on the moon...
* Find out what Spiders think about when their trapped under a glass...

Also, in Episode 1: Diane and Joe find out that David O'Doherty has failed to come up with a theme tune for the show, despite having three months notice. Their Boss (Radio 2 Presenter Ken Bruce) is also not amused!
