Synopsis

Each week Aled Jones plays tracks from a broad musical spectrum, that celebrates both our choral traditions and the vibrant world of modern music as well as spiritually uplifting and reflective music. He also discusses religious and ethical issues of the week with faith representatives.

Aled Jones says Good Morning Sunday to Pam Rhodes about the 50th anniversary celebrations of Songs of Praise. Our faith guest is MediaCity's Chaplain Hayley Matthews, who will also bring our Moment of Reflection.

Pam Rhodes

Pam has been presenting on Songs of Praise for almost 25 years. She joins us to talk about the highlights of working on the show as it celebrates it's 50th birthday. Pam is also a published author.

Hayley Matthews

Hayley is the new Chaplain at MediaCity UK. She was previously a curate at Lancaster Priory, a member of the Bishop of Blackburn’s Communications Group, Chaplain to the Duke’s Theatre and an Honorary Chaplain to the Duke of Lancaster’s Regimental Association.
