This series has followed the heart warming and often heart breaking stories of a cast of very precious babies – precious because they are a vital lifeline for some of the rarest animals on the planet. Most of these precious babies are also undeniably cute.

Meet Martin
Before appearing in front of the camera Martin has spent the last 30 years behind it producing over 50 natural history documentaries for the BBC. He's a trained zoologist with a passion for natural history and conservation. BBC Two viewers will be used to seeing Martin presenting Springwatch and Autumnwatch and as the master of ceremonies for the chaotic brilliance that is Springwatch and Autumnwatch Unsprung.
