Romantic comedy. Cynical singleton Jennifer meets womanising gambling addict Vince at a friend's wedding. She's broke and needs furniture for a new apartment, while he has gambling debts owed to a loan shark. They hit upon the solution of faking their engagement and wedding for the cash and gifts.
