Duration: 30 minutes
President Omar el-Bashir of Sudan has told the BBC that his country wants a peaceful resolution to the disputed border region of Abyei. But he did not rule out the use of force if the newly independent state of South Sudan were to take up arms to keep Abyei. In his first interview since the break-up of Sudan, President Omar el-Bashir talks exclusively to Hardtalk's Zeinab Badawi.
