Eurozone governments are making desperate efforts to contain a sovereign debt crisis which has spooked markets around the world. In the US, president and congress are at loggerheads over spiralling levels of debt. Much of the developed world is trapped in a cycle of high debt, low growth. HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur asks if there is a way out.
