Synopsis
Each week Aled Jones plays tracks from a broad musical spectrum, that celebrates both our choral traditions and the vibrant world of modern music as well as spiritually uplifting and reflective music. He also discusses religious and ethical issues of the week with faith representatives.
Aled Jones says Good Morning Sunday to American singer-songwriter and Grammy Award winner Amy Grant. Our Faith Guest is Interfaith Minister Revd Akasha Lonsdale who will also give our Moment of Reflection.
Amy Grant
Revd Akasha Lonsdale
Over the years Revd Akasha Lonsdale has studied many religious and spiritual traditions and what she discovered is that at the heart of all of them are the foundations for healthy living: love, respect, compassion, integrity, forgiveness, truth, generosity, community and friendship. Her choice to become an Interfaith Minister rather than be aligned with any particular form of organised religion, is that she loves the inclusivity and respect for all faiths and sacred traditions - or none.
