St Kilda Special

Born, raised, slaughtered, butchered and sold on the farm. Mark visits John and Nichola Fletcher's deer farm near Auctermuchty and hears how they go about producing farmed venison.

The archipelago of St Kilda has been described as the 'edge of the world'. This week, Mark and Euan set sail for these islands to learn about a new project which aims to digitally laser scan the World Heritage Site, which lies 41 miles off the Scottish mainland.
