New to the post, and apparently unsuited to the job with her flamboyant dress style and degree in history of art, she in fact reveals herself to be formidably organised and highly efficient. The elements of the job that she doesn't seem to enjoy are dealing with the clients and dealing with Jackson. Her attitude towards Jackson becomes more forgiving as she gets to know him - unfortunately, the same cannot be said of his clients, who she continues to regard with suspicion and impatience.

Zawe was named one of Screen International's Stars of Tomorrow in 2009. She appeared in St Trinian's II and has recently played the guest leads in Misfits (BBC3).
