Nicky Campbell asks if IVF a right - and whether the NHS can afford it.

More than 70% of NHS trusts are ignoring guidance to offer IVF to infertile couples, according to a report by MPs. Some have stopped offering IVF altogether.

Guests include Dr Gillian Lockwood from the British Fertility Society, Dr Rachel Cutting from the Association of Clinical Embryologists and callers for and against IVF on the National Health Service.
