Mr Tangerine Man

Shaun does wonders for your ears from his impeccable taste in music, to A-list guests. Shaun is joined live in the studio by Matt Everitt for an irreverent take on the day's music news. And as for the soundtrack? We're talking...The Who, Elvis Costello, The Kills, Dobie Gray, Bjork, My Morning jacket, Toots & The Maytals.... need we go on?

All this plus actor Phil Daniels joined Shaun to talk about his autobiography 'Class Actor' which is also a portrait of working-class British popular culture of the past 30 years. Best known perhaps for his role in Quadrophenia, singing with Blur and staring in Eastenders, Phil was also a member of new wave band The Cross along with fellow actor Peter Hugo Daly, who released a single, "Kill Another Night" on RCA Records in 1979.

Plus, to celebrate Bob Dylan's 70th Birthday this week, Shaun undertakes a week long series of special Dylan related features. This morning we started with 'Mr Tangerine Man'. Did Matt Everitt identify the tangerine from the satsuma???
