Should the Queen be visiting Ireland?

The Foreign Office says the trip is going ahead despite the discovery of a makeshift bomb on a bus near Dublin.

The visit is the first to the Republic by a British monarch in 100 years. It is being seen as a hugely symbolic moment, but one that has firmly divided opinion.
