Bamboo & good King Henry stir fry

Harvest bamboo shoots 25-30cm long. Cut down the centre and peel off tough outer leaves. Steam remaining centres of shoots for 10 minutes to remove bitterness.

Heat oil in pan (wok ideal). Add bamboo shoots and several handfuls of Good King Henry, also 2-3 tablespoons young green sweet cicily seeds and pinch of salt.

Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, then serve.
