Actor, comedian and musician Hugh Laurie performs in a concert recorded at the 2011 Cheltenham Jazz Festival.
Hugh performs songs from his debut album, Entitled Let Them Talk, a celebration of New Orleans blues. Leading the band on piano and vocals, Hugh plays a selection of heritage tracks made famous by artists including Louis Armstrong, Robert Johnson and Jelly Roll Morton.
The concert is introduced by Radio 2 presenter, Jamie Cullum, who was Guest Director of the festival, and it first broadcast on Radio 2 in May 2011.
