As the main British political parties fight for the centre ground, the differences between Left and Right look increasingly blurred. Maurice Glasman, is a Labour political theorist who coined the "Blue Labour" slogan to try and revitalise the party amongst a disillusioned electorate. He wants to re-engage a grassroots political movement and establish an alternative programme for government.
Carrie Gracie asks him if his ideas are too similar to the ruling Conservatives and Liberal Democrats to make any real impact?
