Charlotte Hogg, MD, Experian UK and Ireland
Charlotte became Managing Director of Experian UK and Ireland in September 2008. She was previously an executive of Discover Financial Services, where she ran the NYSE listed company’s UK credit card business, Goldfish. Charlotte was responsible for Goldfish’s strategic direction and operations and was instrumental in the sale of the business to Barclays Bank plc earlier in 2008. Before joining Discover Financial Services, she worked for Morgan Stanley as Managing Director, Strategy Planning, where she led the development of corporate strategy for the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to this she was a Principal at McKinsey & Company, focusing on financial services. Charlotte has a Bachelor of Arts in history and economics from Oxford University and was a Kennedy scholar at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. She is a member of the finance committee of Oxford University Press.
Jason Trost, CEO & Co-founder of Smarkets
Jason Trost is CEO & Co-founder of Smarkets an online betting exchange. Jason is a serial entrepreneur and former equities trader. Upon leaving trading, Jason founded an innovative software company that offered consumers the ability to self-diagnose their medical laboratory test results.
Prior to co-founding Smarkets, Jason worked in the Global Asset Management division at UBS designing and implementing proprietary software to assist in one of the world's largest fund of hedge fund trading operations. Jason graduated from Northwestern University and holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Nick Fletcher, Guardian Markets Journalist
Nick Fletcher writes the daily stockmarket report for the Guardian newspaper as well as a series of market blog posts during the day for the paper's website, covering breaking news and speculation and giving insights into the views of traders and brokers. His web column was one of the first national newspaper market reports to be regularly updated throughout the day. He has been at the Guardian since 2001, and before his current job he was City news editor for five years, commissioning and editing stories and deciding the most important business news of the day.
Prior to joining the Guardian he worked for the Daily Express for ten years where he took on a number of roles including City reporter, stock market reporter, City news editor and deputy City editor. He studied French and German at Sheffield University and is married with two children.

Allyson Stewart-Allen founded company International Marketing Partners.
Following her employment with blue-chip consulting firms Price Waterhouse, PA Consulting Group and Hay Management Consultants, Allyson now advises executives and boards of directors in the professional services (legal, property, financial and retail), food & drink, travel, consumer goods and industrial sectors to name a few. Her work with clients enables them to lead and manage across cultures, achieve their marketing and business development strategies through successful strategic alliances/joint ventures, organic growth and/or acquisitions.
She was awarded EFMD’s Excellence in Practice Award 2009 for her work as a Programme Director at London Business School and serves as an Associate Fellow at Said Business School - Oxford University. She was appointed a Faculty member of the Marketing Academy and is an active Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Fellow of the British American Project, Member of the Marketing Society, Member of the American Marketing Association, International Women’s Forum (ForumUK) and serves on the Senior Advisory Board of the Institute for Leadership Studies at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. Until its dissolution in December 2010, she was a Senior Advisor for New York-based Business for Diplomatic Action. She also serves as a judge of the US-based The Stevies® International Business Awards and the UK’s Women in Marketing Awards.
