Duration: 30 minutes

Britain got a shock when its latest growth figures were published. Instead of continuing to grow, the economy shrank at the end of 2010 by half a percent. Does it mean the UK is heading for a double dip recession? Like governments around the world, the British government must now find a way of creating jobs. HARDtalk's Sarah Montague talks to the internationally respected economist John Llewellyn and asks how governments create jobs in the current economic climate.
