In the papers this morning the broadcaster Penny Smith says she doesn't like hers. She says her arms are too fat, her legs are too short and her tummy is too round.
She's not the only one. Britney Spears says she won't rule out plastic surgery to hold onto her looks.
Is this healthy or unhealthy?
