We spend a busy day in Manchester on the coat-tails of a young deaf entrepreneur. His motivational skills are establishing him as an influential role model in the local deaf community.
We also visit North Wales to find out why a deaf hairdresser there decided to pluck up the courage and learn BSL after years of struggling with her deafness and relying on lip-reading.
