He also gives his view on the departure of Richard Keys and Andy Gray from Sky Sports. He believes that the phrase 'Did you smash it?' was not offensive.

Richard also talks to Adam Henson from the hugely popular Countryfile about his new book, Adam's Farm: My Life on the Land, which talks about life on his farm.
