Do we have blood on our hands over Libya?

Do we have blood on our hands over Libya? We started doing business with Colonel Gaddafi, and Tony Blair publicly shook hands with him. We've made sure we've been in with the man whose forces are said to have massacred scores of their of people.

Common sense - or did we create a monster?

Joining Nicky to discuss the issue, Tony Benn, who says that we are an integral part of an oppressive system affecting the people of Libya, and that is wrong.

Robin Lamb, director general at the Libyan British Business Council and former diplomat in Tripoli, provides a counter argument: that as a trading nation we have to deal with countries around the world.
