Puppet alpacas Nuzzle and Scratch have somehow landed a job at Frock 'n' Roll fancy dress shop. With costumes for every occasion, each day brings a new opportunity for adventure.
Nuzzle is very upset when he and Scratch can only find one bell to go with their town crier costumes. Nuzzle's floods of tears do make him the perfect town crier, but will they find another bell in time for the twins?
