Helen starts her journey by boat, sailing from Elgol to Loch Coruisk. On board, she learns the legend of Bonnie Prince Charlie's flight to Skye.
Next, Helen ventures into the world famous Cuillin Mountains, where she joins the Skye Mountain Rescue Team - and their rescue dog, Cuillin.
After scrambling to the top of Sgurr an fheadain, Helen ends her journey at Torrin, forging a traditional Scottish sword.
