2 stalks celery, chopped
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 sweet potato, peeled and diced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ground coriander 500ml water

Add the cumin, smoked paprika and ground coriander and cook for 30 seconds. Add the tomatoes and the water and bring to the boil. Add the sweet potato and simmer for 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain the beans and add to the pot. Cook for 2 minutes and then add the chopped coriander.
