    From the bump and grind of music videos to provocative kids' clothing and online stranger danger - teenagers today are exposed to a wide range of adult influences at an impressionable age.
    The Rhyddings Business and Enterprise school in Oswaldtwistle offers citizenship classes to help their pupils navigate through modern teenage life.
    Panorama's Sophie Raworth caught up with a group of 11 to 16-year-olds to find out first hand about the pressures they face from the media, the web, their peers and even their parents.
