Thorbjorn Jagland, Norwegian Nobel Committee chairman

In a HARDtalk special from Oslo, Stephen Sackur talks to Thorbjorn Jagland, chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee, about why the Committee awarded the 2010 Nobel Peace Prize to the imprisoned Chinese human rights activist Liu Xiaobo.
