Cyprus

Travel series getting under the skin of popular holiday destinations.

Joe Lindsay and Emma-Louise Johnston visit Cyprus to explore the benefits of trying a greener holiday, away from the beaches. The duo has to get to grips with rural life, including a close encounter with a herd of goats and a granny making halloumi cheese. They combine this with visits to some of the must-see sights, including the spectacular ancient Roman theatre at Kourion.

And in 'on your doorstep', we take a short getaway where we try a canoe trail on Strangford Lough.
