Clive Holland has help and advice for homeowners who have fallen victim to cowboy builders. Two women who live an hour's drive apart but discover they've both been hit by the same cowboy builder. In Cheshire, a large renovation ends in a demolition derby causing 100,000 pounds-worth of damage, and in North Wales, a sunroom for a disabled girl is never built, but the builder makes off with the cash.
