John Bishop joins Richard

2 hours
First broadcast:
Monday 15 November 2010

Liverpudlian stand-up John Bishop's had a good year: he's starred in a prime time BBC One series, John Bishop's Britain, he impressed critics in Edinburgh over the summer, and has just embarked on a nationwide tour, performing to sold-out venues across the UK. He chats to Richard about the tour - and mulls over the likelihood that Elvis Presley once finished third in an Elvis lookalike competition.

Plus Sue Perkins and Giles Coren reflect on their experiment in self-sufficiency Seventies style in Giles and Sue Live the Good Life.

And in the final half-hour, is it okay for adults to enjoy Harry Potter? Writers Jonathan Myerson and Charlie Fletcher share their views with sceptical callers as well as die-hard fans.
