Stephen Kiesle sexually abused children while working as a Catholic priest in parishes around San Francisco in the 1970s. One of his victims was Melinda Costello, who talks to Panorama's Fergal Keane.
Father Kiesle was convicted of sexually abusing two boys in 1978 and suspended by the local church, but it was not until 1987 that the Vatican accepted his request to be removed from the priesthood.
