  • INTERVIEWS:

    THE RT REV. KIERAN CONRY, BISHOP OF ARUNDEL AND BRIGHTON
    Bishop Kieran studied for the priesthood at the Venerable English College in Rome. He attended the Gregorian University, gaining the qualifications PhB and STB. He was ordained on 19 July 1975 at All Souls Church in Coventry.

    From the beginning of 1994 to 2001, Mgr. Conry was Director of the Catholic Media Office in London, the press office of the Bishop's Conference of England & Wales. On Saturday 9 June 2001 Bishop Conry was consecrated as fourth bishop of Arundel and Brighton at Arundel Cathedral.

    KATIE MACNEIL
    Katie MacNeil is Barra born and bred, her family runs a bus company on the island. She will be joining the adult choir at the Papal Mass in Glasgow and her granddaughter is singing in the Gaelic Youth Choir.

    DR CAROLINE FAREY
    Dr Caroline Farey B.A.(Hons), M.Phil(Cantab), M.A.(Theol), STB, Ph.L, S.T.L, Ph.D(Lateran) is Academic Assistant to the Director for Ecclesiastical Development and Head of the Maryvale Institute Catechetical Team at the Maryvale Institute.

    MARIA FIDELIS CONVENT SCHOOL GOSPEL CHOIR

    Maria Fidelis are the current (2010) Songs of Praise Senior School Choir of the Year. They are singing for the Pope at a special gathering in Twickenham.

    ROWENA GRUNWELL
    Rowena is a regular worshipper at Arundel Cathedral. She will be attending the Papal Vigil at Hyde Park, London.
